Their autism spectrum disorder makes Passworkers eminently suited to the assignments entrusted to them. In the execution of these assignments, they can rely on the support of one of our specialist job coaches at all times. These psychologists, remedial educationalists, etc. are all perfectly familiar with software testing and have a background in working with people with an autism spectrum disorder.
During the course of the assignments of Passworkers, they ensure follow-up, enabling the Passworkers to turn in a first-rate performance under the most favourable conditions.
Before the assignment actually gets underway, the job coach conducts a site survey that is intended to appraise both the setting where the assignment is to go ahead and to look into the customer’s corporate culture. We also assess whose skills are technically best matched to suit the customer’s needs so as to assign the right Passworker(s).
In order to see the Passworker get off to a successful start at your premises, our job coach prepares the Passworker for the assignment (e.g. a first introduction at your premises). The job coach remains present at the outset of the assignment, enabling him to ensure that everybody gets off to a good start.
Every week/two weeks, our job coach calls round to your premises to follow up on the way things are going. Both the Passworker and you can call on the expertise and the support of our job coach at any point in time during the project.
