We prefer to deploy Passworkers on-site at your premises. This gives you direct contact with our employees, and Passworkers get a direct sense of what it is you do.
Before Passworkers take up their duties at your premises, one of our job coaches calls round to conduct a site survey that is intended to appraise both the setting where the assignment is to go ahead and to inquire into your corporate culture. This enables us to select the best suited Pass worker for your assignment.
An information session with our job coach is scheduled ahead of time, enabling your members of staff who will be working with the Passworkers to find out more about autism spectrum disorders. This gives them a true picture of what autism is all about in preparation for when the Passworker takes up his duties.
In order to see the Passworker get off to a successful start at your premises, our job coach prepares the Passworker for the assignment (e.g. a first induction at your premises). The job coach remains present at the outset of the assignment, enabling him to ensure that everybody gets off to a good start.
Every week/two weeks, our job coach calls round to your premises to follow up on the way things are going. Both the Passworker and you can call on the expertise and the support of our job coach at any point in time during the project.
The deployment of Passworkers at your premises does not require any particular efforts on the part of your members of staff. We do ask for you to assign a primary contact for the Passworker, whom he can speak to if he has any questions about the assignment. Our job coach will inform this primary contact person about the follow-up of the Passworker.
If you prefer, because this form of collaboration is best suited to your specific situation, we are happy to perform the assignment at our Berchem-based or Hasselt-based test factory. If the assignment does not involve a standalone application, a VPN connection can be set up. For web-based applications, there is no need for a VPN connection.
A clear set of arrangements is laid down ahead of time as to the nature of the assignment, the duties involved, your contact person, the way progress is to be reported and the handover of results.
