Passwerk’s stated object is to coach people with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), who are normally or highly gifted, on their way to suitable regular employment, setting out from their specific qualities and in deference to their abilities, and to actually employ them within the disciplines in which they excel. Passwerk’s point of departure is that every individual is entitled to be part of the regular economic circuit, in consideration of the individual’s skills and strengths.
