The company’s name is Passwerk, with the ass standing in reference to “autism spectrum disorder”. Phonetically, “Passwerk” brings to mind a “passwerker” (the Dutch work for a machinist or bench worker), i.e. someone who performs precision work.
The logo was designed by Bart Van Loy, who himself suffers from an autism spectrum disorder.
The person in the A that is central to the logo, is someone afflicted by autism.
At Passwerk, employees with an autism spectrum disorder take centre stage.
