‘ICT Community for ASD’ Fund website launch

You can now consult our brand-new website for the ‘ICT Community for ASD’ Fund set up by Passwerk via www.ictforasd.be, both in Dutch and French. Its primary purpose is to inform the public about the various projects supported by the Fund, but also to inform organizations seeking financial support. Furthermore, you will find all the information on the supported projects, on submitting a project, and on the composition of the board committee. Lastly, we provide you with insight into the financing of the Fund and you can read about how you can support the Fund financially yourself.

After the COVID-19 crisis eases, we also have the intention to highlight some of the supported projects annually in a video clip. You will be able to view it on the website soon, under the section ‘In the Spotlight’.

Passwerk set up the ‘ICT Community for ASD’ Fund in 2012 under the wing of the King Baudouin Foundation.

Passwerk has also been the largest contributor to the Fund to date, but this contribution is complemented by actions in favor of the Fund undertaken by various organizations. Prior to its creation, the Passwerk General Meeting provided direct financial support to several submitted projects. These supported projects can also be found under ‘Projects’. The ultimate goal of the fund is to improve the living, social, and working conditions of people with an autism spectrum profile and to promote the destigmatization of autism.
