After nearly 18 years, it’s time for the next step in our journey. What began in 2008 as a small IT consultancy firm with a clear mission has grown into an organisation of almost 200 employees, including more than 160 neurodivergent consultants.

Our expertise has deepened, our impact has increased, and our ambitions have expanded. And it’s time for that evolution to be visible.

This is why we’ve chosen a name that reflects our vision and future: Passwerk becomes Takto.

Why Takto?

Takto is short, strong and meaningful. The name refers to tact: the ability to make thoughtful, well-considered decisions. That is exactly how we work: carefully, human-centred, and with attention to what truly matters.

Day after day, we build bridges between clients and consultants, between assignments and talent. Our new name expresses that precision and clarity better than ever before.

Takto stands for professionalism, trust and forward thinking. We remain the same organisation, with the same mission and the same DNA. Now with a name that better reflects who we are today and where we’re heading tomorrow.

Our ambition remains unchanged

We want to continue excelling in IT services while strengthening our role as a pioneer in neuro-inclusion. In concrete terms, this means:

  • Continuous learning and growth: Through our Academy, we train and support our consultants throughout their careers.

  • Advancing inclusion: We help other companies build a neuro-inclusive work culture.

  • Creating both social and economic impact: By being economically successful, we can create opportunities for more and more autistic individuals to play a full role in the regular job market. In this way, we unite social and economic goals in what we call the convergence market.

Takto: The same mission. The same DNA.

Now ready for the future.
