Talents often need to be discovered and implemented in the correct manner. It is fantastic that you do this every single day!
Just like everyone else, people with an autism spectrum profile have the right to work in a job that suits them. There are till too many people on the spectrum working below their competence level or not working at all. Thankfully, there is now an entire ‘community’ dedicated to developing a range of customised services. Together we make a difference.
